Shipping & Returns

You can choose from several shipping options when placing an order with OHAYŌ.

Pick up in store: Free

Delivery within Denmark: GLS, 2-4 days, 39 DKK

EU countries: DAO, regular mail 4-14 days (Parcelshop), 79 DKK

International shipping (outside EU): PostNord, regular mail 4-14 days (Parcelshop), 99 DKK

International express shipping with DHL: All countries, 1-2 days, 165 DKK

Please note:
Orders outside the EU may be subject to customs duties.

Shipping times are estimates. Orders placed before 12:00 pm are usually packed and shipped the same day; orders placed later are shipped the following business day (Tuesday to Friday, excluding Danish national holidays).


RETURNS
At OHAYŌ, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer a 14-day full return policy from the day you receive your order.

After 14 days, we no longer offer refunds, but you can still exchange the item for another product or receive a gift certificate for up to 30 days. Please note that items made specifically for you, such as custom colours or sizes, are not eligible for return.

Please contact us at ohayodk@gmail.com if you wish to return an item. We will respond within 24 hours on business days. Remember to include your receipt.

Returning Items
If you choose to return an item by shipping, please note that OHAYŌ does not cover return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition. You may also return items directly to our store. See the location and opening hours below.
